Enter the Sagarmatha National Park and continue along the Dudh Koshi River to Monjo.

Explore Namche: visit the Everest View Hotel (3,880 m) for panoramas of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku. Visit the Sherpa Culture Museum and local market.

Descend to the river, then climb through rhododendron forest to Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Khumbu. Overnight in Deboche for a quieter stay.

Continue past Pangboche, with Ama Dablam dominating the skyline. Enter the wide Imja Valley and arrive at Dingboche.

Trek through the memorial area at Thukla, honoring climbers who lost their lives on Everest, before reaching Lobuche.
