Arrival at Kathmandu airport, meet and transfer to hotel.
Half day city tour of UNESCO sites, trek briefing, trek prepare.
After breakfast drive to Ramechhap. (574m) 7hrs drive.
Scenic mountain flight (20 min) to Lukla. Begin trekking through villages and along the Dudh Koshi River.
Gentle trek passing suspension bridges and small Sherpa settlements.
Enter Sagarmatha National Park and ascend to Namche, the Sherpa capital.
Walks to Everest View Hotel, Sherpa museum, and explore the market.
A peaceful walk to the old Sherpa village of Thame, once a salt trading route
to Tibet.
Gradual uphill trek towards Lungden, base for Renjo La Pass.
Cross Renjo La Pass with stunning views of Everest and descend to Gokyo
Lakes.
Short trek across the glacier to Dragnag. Rest for next day’s big pass.
Gentle walk to Lobuche, surrounded by towering peaks.
Final and highest pass crossing – Kongma La.
Preparation day. Meet climbing guide and review gear for Island Peak.
Trek to base area and climb up to high camp for overnight stay.
Walks to Everest View Hotel, Sherpa museum, and explore the market.
Return to green valley Pangboche.
Descend through Tengboche Monastery and continue to Namche.
Retrace steps back down the Dudh Koshi Valley.
Final day of trekking. Celebrate with the team in Lukla.
Morning flight (20 min) and 7-hour drive back to Kathmandu.
Free day for rest, recovery, personal activities.
